Inner belt scrapers ensure that no material gets between belt and pulley and therefore prevents major damage to the belt as well as the pulley.
Diagonal or V-Plough scraper systems are used for return side application at the running side to protect the pulley from the material.
The primary scrapers in the belt cleaning systems are designed for belt cleaning at the drive pulley. System with tungsten carbide blades or scraper blades made of polyurethane are available.
There are applications where static belt cleaning systems do not deliver satisfying results. Our belt cleaning brushes are the ideal solution for these systems.
The secondary scrapers in the belt cleaning systems are designed for cleaning of conveyor belt top covers at the return side of the conveyor. In combination with a primary scraper systems, it is recommended to achieve optimal cleaning efficiency. Tungsten carbide blades are used in these systems.
