Pinch Valve Elastomers

Pinch valves are used in shut-o or control applications that involve abrasive or corrosive slurries, powders or granular substances. The elastic and abrasion resistant rubber sleeve is the core of the pinch valve and the only part to be in contact with the process medium. They can be produced in NR, NR/SBR, SBR, EPDM (WRAS certificated for drinking water) rubber types.

Pinch Valve Elastomers
  • Higher efficiency compared to standart valves
  • Easy to mount and demount
  • Low maintenance cost
  • Absolute sealing – 0 Leaking
  • Special design availability
  • Special compound selection
  • No size limitation

  • Excellent wear resistance
  • High corrosion resistance
  • No turbulance, jamming or clogging
  • No flow restrictions
  • Reduced process downtime
  • 32+ bar pressure resistance
  • Compatible with all mediums
Flat Sleeves

The full bore sleeve integrates the valve perfectly to the pipeline, eliminates turbulence and minimizes pressure losses. Technologically advanced sleeves guarantee high wear and corrosion resistance, a trouble free operation and extended lifetime.

Corrugated Sleeves

Joint-like arches flex instead of stretch, during valve closure, relieving stress on the elastomer tube and providing surpassed resistance to severe process environments. Ensures zero leakage shut-off, long-life and higher cycle time over conventional metal or elastomer valve products.
