Sidewall conveyor belts are space-saving and energy-efficient way to transport materials. The sidewalls are made of a high-strength rubber compound, so the belt is tough enough to handle all kinds of materials. They are used in steel plants, mining, foundries, batching plants, power plants, tunneling, recycling and waste industries, sand, gravel and stone quarries.
The Cleats are made of abrasion-resistant rubber compounds and come in a large range of shapes and sizes to match the conveying capacity of your application. They are manufactured by moulding press. The quality or type of rubber used depends on the specifications of the product to be conveyed. They are produced in three different types: T, C and TC which differ mainly in their load capacity. They can be produced with or without fabric reinforcement and their heights can be from 20mm to 600mm.
